Pin Pin Chau, President & CEO
Pin Pin Chau has many years of banking experience with fifteen years in the Atlanta banking market. This was preceded by a successful banking career in New York with a focus on domestic and international assignments and executive management positions. Pin Pin is active in the community, having served on multiple boards including the board of Public Broadcasting Atlanta as Treasurer, the Georgia Research Alliance, Oglethorpe University, and Coe College. She has also served gubernatorial appointments to the Georgia Department of Trade, Industry and Tourism and the Public Finance Committee of the Governor’s Commission for a New Georgia. She graduated magna cum laude from Coe College and received a MA degree from Yale University. She is a graduate of Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a member of Leadership Atlanta. Pin Pin is the recipient of the Shining Star Award from the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and the Legacy of Leadership Award from the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement.

Robert D. Koncerak, Chief Financial Officer
Robert D. Koncerak is our Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including positions in capital markets, corporate finance, wealth management and investor relations. Bob earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Penn State University and received an M.B.A. from Duquesne University. He is actively involved in the community and currently provides leadership to several Georgia-based organizations.

James E. LeBow, Chief Credit Officer
James LeBow has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry in metropolitan Atlanta. He held various lending and risk management positions at SunTrust Bank from 1980 through 2004. Prior to joining Touchmark he served as a division president for Georgia Trust Bank. James graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration. He later earned his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. James is actively involved in the Northside United Methodist Church, as well as in development efforts at the Westminster Schools and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Lando Land Company.
